Shipping & Returns
Thank you for supporting our small, locally owned business. Our shipping and return policies are simple but please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!
- Online orders :: expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days.
- Custom orders :: expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days.
- All orders are shipped via USPS. If you have concerns about an order arriving by the time you wish, please fill out the contact us form before placing your order. We would love to accommodate you as best as we can.
- Online orders :: we want you to love what you buy. If you're not 100% satisfied, and have not worn your items, please fill out the contact us form within 7 days of receiving your order so we can send you the return info. Once you have shipped your order back to us, we'll re-ship your exchange to you free of charge. If you are local, we are happy to accommodate you and meet to accept your return or exchange. You will get a Hyde & Chic MKE store credit good towards any future purchase(s) online and/or on the bus one year from the date the store credit was issued. No refunds with the exception of hair pins.
- Hair pin guarantee :: we are so certain that you'll love our CA Made hair pins that if you are not 100% satisfied, we'll give you a full refund. You must contact us to initiate your return within 14 days of placing your order.
- Bus boutique purchases :: we hope you took advantage of our fitting room and walked off the bus loving your new items. But we know things change and we want you to feel confident wearing our apparel. If you need to exchange your new, unworn item with the tags for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can hold the other size for you. If we do not have your size available we are happy to give you store credit good towards any future purchase(s) valid for 1 year from the issue date.
- Custom orders :: if there is an issue with your custom order upon arrival, please fill out the contact us form immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Holds & Order Questions:
1. We provide 24 hour holds on items for customers. Contact us and we can send you an invoice for the item you would like to hold. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of purchase.
2. We're happy to put together an order for you. Contact us so we can create it and email you a link to pay and enter shipping info.
